Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete data obtained through the SchoolioWP Facebook Page import feature, operated by Turn Digital, SIA.

When a school connects a Facebook Page, we store an encrypted Page Access Token and copy the Page’s public posts (text and images) into that school’s own website. We do not store Facebook login credentials or any private profile data.

How to delete your data

You can remove this data in any of the following ways:

1. Delete imported content – In the school website admin, open the Facebook import settings and use the “Delete All Imported” button. This removes all imported posts and images.
2. Disconnect the Page – In the same settings screen, disconnect the Page. This deletes the stored Page Access Token and connection
   settings.
3. Revoke access from Facebook – Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select our app SchoolioWP – School News, and remove it. This revokes our access to your Page.
4. Request deletion by email – Email peteris@turn.lv with the name of your school and Facebook Page. We will delete all
   associated data within 30 days and confirm once done.

Deletion is handled per school and per Page — removing one school’s data does not affect any other school.
